1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Zawadi Luxe Escapes ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as our travel curation services.
2. Services Description
Zawadi Luxe Escapes provides luxury travel consulting and itinerary planning services focusing on destinations across the African continent. We act as an independent travel advisor, curating recommendations and making bookings on your behalf with third-party suppliers (hotels, tours, transportation).
3. Booking & Payment Process
- Discovery Session: A non-refundable fee is required to book a Discovery Session. This fee may be credited toward final itinerary planning fees at our discretion.
- Planning Fees: Custom itinerary design requires a non-refundable upfront planning fee before we begin creating your bespoke proposal.
- Supplier Payments: You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Our planning fees and discovery session fees are non-refundable. Cancellations of booked travel arrangements are subject to the specific cancellation policies of each individual supplier (hotels, airlines, tour operators) included in your itinerary. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.
5. Travel Documents & Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, and necessary health requirements (vaccinations, tests) for your travel destinations. We may provide general guidance, but the ultimate responsibility rests with the traveler.
6. Limitation of Liability
Zawadi Luxe Escapes acts solely as an agent for the suppliers providing the travel services. We are not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Ghana. Zawadi Luxe Escapes and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Ghana shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
